Blackberry Bushes live on The Folk Tree October 18th

Based out of Seattle, Washington, The Blackberry Bushes Stringband mix equal parts tradition and innovation, with the twang and instrumental chops of bluegrass and 21^st-century sensibility to their original songs. Fiddler Jakob Breitbach (a Dubuque native) and singer-songwriter and guitarist Jes Raymond form the core of the band, with Daniel Ullom on mandolin, Forrest Marowitz on bass, and newest member Alex Genova on banjo.
